As a player I'm technically good and have good vision. I also lead from the front and take responsibility. As a teammate, it has to be lifting my teammates up, making them better, and making sure everyone feels seen. I believe everyone performs and thrives best in an environment where you've got each other's backs and feel safe and valued.

It has to be Kim Little. An incredibly talented midfielder with a high technical level and leadership skills. Beyond that, my former teammate Kathrine Kühl is a big inspiration because of her creative play and high running rate. Josefine Hasbo is also a big source of inspiration, because she manages to juggle professional football with big academic ambitions. An example that you don't have to choose between your interests.

Fun and success can show up in many ways. If a teammate succeeds and has a good day, that's a big success in my eyes. Beyond that, it's always fun to win, but the way you get to that win shapes the feeling after the match. High tempo, high technical level, and good team energy are essential. On top of that, matches are most fun when you can feel that everyone wants it 100%.
