I grew up in Højby, Sjælland, and started playing seven‑a‑side football, continuing until I became a junior player. I come from a family with no particular interest in football, which made the sport something I discovered and pursued on my own. Alongside my own training, studies, and matches, I have also taken on assistant coaching roles whenever possible.
About Stine
I grew up in a small town, Højby Sj. I started at 8 - all my friends played, but I thought football was for boys 🙄 I got talked into it and have stuck with it ever since. At 17 I went to Holstebro Sports College, where I started playing 11-a-side and was the only woman in my year 😳 I came back from Jutland and joined Vipperød, since Holbæk didn't have a women's team. A year after I started university I moved to Heimdal, who play their home matches in Fælledparken with the dressing rooms under the park back then. That was huge 🤩
