I see a football player and my teammates as a whole person, I´m very focus on make people feel that they are amazing exactly as they are, and with what they can contribute to the team. A team only works if people also feel good off the pitch and have a good time with each other.

Line Røddik Hansen. I clearly remember the picture of her sitting next to Messi. People at my school said it was stupid that the women's and men's teams took a team photo together. I took the printed picture and drew a big circle around Line - to focus on how talented she is and how women deserve the same focus as the men. I think Line helps players on their way through her work in the players' association, because that world is difficult to navigate, especially for young players. She speaks at events like Girl Power and she speaks out in the media. I use my own experience as a player and coach to help my players, and the people around football, understand that gender or cultural background doesn't matter - we all feel the same excitement and love for football, and everyone deserves the same rights to do their work.

A football match where everyone feel as a part of it, the audience's experience and involvement means a lot, I like the quote "if she can see it she can be it" so getting people involved is wonderful - I can use my creative skills to create a connection with the audience through workshops on matchdays and give them good football on the pitch, I think good football is when things go fast and my team has the ball, that's why I like watch Spanish football and futsal a lot, that's how I like to play.
