Superpower+
My biggest superpower is my mood and fighting spirit. I believe players play their best when there's a good atmosphere on the team, and as both a player and a coach I've always rated that very highly.
Player Idol+
Without a doubt Katrine Pedersen. She's always inspired me both as a player and afterwards in how she's stayed in the game as a coach.
Fun & Success+
These two are connected for me. A successful match is one where everyone leaves the pitch having given it everything they had, where everyone can look each other in the eye and say I gave it all I had. Winning is of course the most fun, but even when we don't win it's still fun if we've all fought together.
