Participation in Sensational League activities is provisional until formalized through a player contract. Saga Sports Group ApS may modify team rosters at any time before contract execution.

By participating in any Sensational League events, you grant Saga Sports Group ApS perpetual, worldwide rights to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and performance for promotional and operational purposes. All content and materials created during participation are the exclusive property of Saga Sports Group ApS.

Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of athletic activities and assume all responsibility for injuries or damages. Saga Sports Group Aps and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation or from the use of its platforms or services. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Saga Sports Group ApS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any related claims.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Information provided on our website is offered "as is," without warranties.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes will be resolved in Danish courts. Saga Sports Group ApS may update these terms at any time. Participation constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
